  • The process starts online by completing a few questions about your self and your upcoming travels.
  • Our online registration form for our services is easy and quick.
  • At the end of our online form, we will request your payment information. We do require payment upfront in order to reserve a limit reservation on your behalf in order to guarantee to process of your passport application in the time you will get to select.

  • Based on the services you have selected at purchase the system will provide you with the required forms and instructions you will need in order to complete the required items for processing
  • WE ARE HERE TO HELP!!!
    • Behind the scenes, our staff will be looking over your account for any potential issues with the reservation and will be documenting your order as the process continue.
    • This Passport Representative will also be with you every step of the way: From the moment you place the order to the time you have received your US Passport in your hands.
    • Our Representative will review all documentation with you and resolve any questions you may have on what is being required of you to submit.

  • Once your done completing the required forms which should take you no more than 20 mins to complete with our process, you will need to submit them to one of our five processing locations
  • Your passport representative will go over the shipping address and shipping details with you. Furthermore, our representative will do one last check with you that you have everything needed prior to shipping.

  • Once your documentation is received by one of our passport couriers they will also take one last look at your documentation to ensure nothing has been missed prior to processing
  • Your Application will be submitted to the Department of State for processing and procurement.
  • Best of all your application is guaranteed to be processed within the time frame you selected or the services are free.

  • Your US Passport will be released back to our couriers where they will prepare and shipping back your passport to you overnight. 
  • Our system will alert you of the passports release as we will need someone to be at your location to sign for the passport. We do require signatures upon delivery to ensure your US Passport is delivered securely.

  • Most suspensions can be resolved within 24 hours with little to no additional documentation needed.
